Our Process
- We are not a cookie-cutter builder. We design custom homes to be as unique as you and your family.
- We have the experience and expertise to build your home right from the start.
- We can build on an existing lot in your neighborhood or work with you to find the perfect available lot in another community or undeveloped location.
- Our experience will help you get the most out of your lot. We will help you build the correct home on your lot to take advantage of the most your lot has to offer. We examine a lots topography and water levels; paying attention to slopes, grades, views and possible municipal codes.
- We have an in-house design and drafting team you can sit down with to create your home plans. Or, we can work with you and your existing drafting and architectural professional.
